Shipping Information
Trampolines Deliveries
We provide $69 home delivery on every trampoline we sell. Typically, this would cost up to $250 due to the size and weight, but we subsidise that for you.
Shipping Charges for Accessories
If you’re buying accessories separately, a flat $10 shipping fee applies.
Areas We Don’t Ship To
Currently, we are unable to deliver to Chatham Island and P.O. Boxes
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery speed depends on where you are located. Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days:
- North Island 2-6 working days
- South Island 4-10 working days
- 5% may take between 3 to 6 business days
For remote areas, please allow an extra 4 business days.
Is Store Pickup Available?
We don’t offer in-store pickup at this time. But rest assured, your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
Warranty Information
What’s Covered by Our Standard Warranty?
Our standard warranty covers any manufacturing faults or defects in your trampoline. It protects you against issues caused during the production process.
Please note, the warranty doesn’t cover damage from weather, misuse, poor maintenance, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear.

- 5 Year Warranty on the Frame
- 1 Year Warranty on the Jump Mat and Springs
- 1 Year Warranty on Spring Pads and Safety Net
- 1 Year Warranty on Accessories
Warranty Coverage Explained
The frame warranty covers only the metal frame against manufacturing defects — it does not include damage from weather, misuse, overloading, or external impact. Minor surface rust spots smaller than 2cm are not covered.
Small holes (under 2cm) in the jump mat aren’t covered either. The jump mat warranty excludes damage from misuse and normal wear and tear.
The spring pads, safety net, and net poles warranties do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, weather, misuse, incorrect assembly, or natural wear.
What Isn’t Covered by the Warranty?
- Damage from ground movement or natural disasters
- Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
- Poor installation or setup on unsuitable surfaces
- Damage from shipping carriers or installers
- Accidental damage or negligence
- Damage from storms or strong winds
- Normal wear and tear
- Surface rust or water stains
- Small holes in the jump mat under 2cm
- Fading and weathering of pads, netting, and matting over time
- Damage from unapproved accessories
- Products used commercially without prior written agreement

Care and Maintenance
Can I move the trampoline for mowing?
Yes, definitely. The easiest way is to have a few people lift it evenly by the frame. For smaller models like our 12ft, one person can usually drag it without issue.
What should I do with my trampoline in winter?
That’s totally up to you! Many families keep using their trampoline through the snow.
How do I remove mould or moss from my trampoline?
We recommend using Wet & Forget Original, or simply scrub gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush to remove any buildup.
Will my trampoline rust?
Nope! All metal parts go through a multi-stage galvanizing process to prevent rust. If you’re near the coast, occasional rust protectant spray is a good extra step.
